Our speech, occupational and physical therapists provide one-on-one individualized treatment to address your child’s unique needs. Treatment sessions can focus on speech and language skills, sensory processing skills, building attention and focus, improving gross and fine motor skills, feeding skills and much more. Before we begin individual therapy, we conduct an initial evaluation to assess your child and develop recommendations and goals.
Therapy sessions are led by a speech therapist as well as an occupational therapist to provide your child with an integrated therapy approach to address multiple areas of development simultaneously.
We offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy evaluations to assess your child and develop a customized approach and treatment plan to address their developmental needs.
Additional evaluations can be conducted that are tailored to your child’s specific needs, such as feeding evaluations, sensory processing evaluations, behavioral evaluations and cognitive based evaluations.
AAC includes all of the ways we share our ideas and feelings without talking. AAC systems can take many forms. They can be low-tech, paper-based communication systems, or they can be high-tech computers. Some can be bought on your own, and some can be purchased through your insurance company. The right type of AAC system is different for every child, and the purpose of this evaluation is to find what kind of system is best for yours.
