Do you have a picky eater? Food Explorers brings together friends who may have difficulties and anxieties around food and mealtimes. This is a fun, play-based group that will allow safe and positive food exploration at your child's own pace.  Led by a speech therapist and occupational therapist, this class will help your child be more willing and open to touching, smelling and hopefully tasting new foods!

Prior to the class, we will reach out to get your input on your child's food preferences and challenges, and will provide the food for each session. This class is intended to be drop and go.
