SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Our small group class focuses on fun and engaging activities that give children opportunities to socialize and build important skills with their peers.
Winter Block 1: January 5 - February 9
Registration is non-refundable once the class begins.
Monday, 5:00-5:45pm
$300 for 6 weeks
Through structured activities, interactive games, and guided play, children will learn and practice essential social-emotional skills in a supportive group environment.
This Drop & Go Social Skills Class will focus will be on:
- Turn Taking – Learning how to wait, take turns, and share during play.
- Social Interactions – Practicing greetings, introductions, listening, and responding appropriately to peers.
- Interactive and Cooperative Play – Engaging in group games and activities that promote teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Emotion Regulation – Recognizing feelings, understanding emotions, and developing strategies to express and manage them in a group setting.
Led by experienced facilitators - one occupational therapist and one speech therapist - this group promotes confidence, empathy, and friendship-building while helping children develop the tools they need to succeed socially in school and beyond. Each session includes a mix of structured learning, guided practice, and free play opportunities to support the natural development of social skills in a playful and nurturing environment.
